Abstrakt: Reconstructive rhinoplasty, a specialized surgical procedure, aims to restore both the form and function of the nose, particularly after trauma, congenital defects, or prior surgeries. This review evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of various surgical techniques used in reconstructive and preservation rhinoplasty. The study focuses on the outcomes of commonly employed methods such as cartilage grafting, flap techniques, and alloplastic materials, assessing both functional and aesthetic results. Recent advancements, including 3D imaging, tissue engineering, and artificial intelligence, are discussed as potential future directions that could enhance surgical precision, safety, and patient care. The review systematically examines clinical studies from the past decade, highlighting the evolving landscape of rhinoplasty and its impact on patient outcomes.
