Abstrakt: | Intravascular lobular capillary hemangioma (ILCH), also known as intravenous pyogenic granuloma, is a benign vascular lesion with a distinctive lobular arrangement of capillaries. It is typically confined to the head, neck, and upper extremities, and its occurrence in the testicular region is exceedingly rare. Here, we present a case of a 68-year-old male who was initially diagnosed with a testicular tumor based on imaging studies but was later found to have an ILCH located in the epididymis. This case underscores the diagnostic challenges posed by this rare entity due to its unusual presentation and mimicking of malignant conditions. Competing Interests: Human subjects: Consent was obtained or waived by all participants in this study. Istanbul Medeniyet University Faculty of Medicine Ethics Committee issued approval N/A. Ethical approval for this study was not sought as it is a single case report based on the retrospective analysis of routine clinical care. The patient's data were anonymized, and no experimental interventions or procedures were conducted beyond standard clinical practice. Informed consent for the use of the patient’s clinical information and histopathological images was obtained, and the study adhered to the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. .
