Abstrakt: In the realms of extracorporeal photopheresis (ECP), only a few studies have reported the usefulness of circulating microRNAs as predictors of responses. This letter also highlights the putative role of novel organelles termed "migrasomes" in the ECP-triggered immunological responses.
