Abstrakt: Erythromelalgia is a rare condition with no published estimates of prevalence from a diverse, nationwide cohort of American patients. We performed a cross-sectional analysis of the All of Us database to estimate the prevalence of erythromelalgia overall and by age groups. Of 410,361 participants, 47 were diagnosed with erythromelalgia, representing an overall age-adjusted prevalence of 10.3 (95% CI 7.4-13.3) per 100,000 people. The prevalence was higher in the 65 + age group (16, 95% CI 9.5-23, per 100,000 people) than the less than 65 age group (9.1, 95% CI 5.5-13, per 100,000 people). Further studies are needed to determine the burden of erythromelalgia in specific subgroups, such as race, within the United States.
