Abstrakt: Pheochromocytoma is a neuroendocrine tumor for which surgical resection is the main treatment.Malignant pheochromocytoma is very rare. Here,we present a case of adrenal pheochromocytoma invading the ureteral wall muscle layer, which resulted in left adrenal and left nephrectomy.
