Abstrakt: Syphilis has significantly increased its incidence in Europe and North America in the past 20 years. Although rare, sudden hearing loss might be a complication of syphilis infection. We present two cases of otosyphilis seen in our hospitals and review of the English and Spanish literature already published since 2000.
