Abstrakt: | Multiple primary malignancies can occur as either synchronous or metachronous tumors, particularly in adults. Retroperitoneal liposarcoma is a rare malignancy arising from adipose tissue, while gastric adenocarcinoma is one of the most common neoplasms worldwide. The simultaneous occurrence of these 2 malignancies is extremely rare, with only 1 case reported worldwide. Here, we present the case of a 52-year-old man diagnosed with both retroperitoneal liposarcoma and gastric adenocarcinoma, marking the second reported case in the world. (© 2024 The Authors.
