Abstrakt: Abstract: Hemangiopericytoma can occur anywhere in the body, mainly including the head and neck soft tissue, retroperitoneum, limbs, lung, pleura, pelvis, and meninges, whereas it arising in cardiac is rarely documented. Herein, we report 18 F-FDG PET/CT and 68 Ga-FAPI findings of hemangiopericytoma in the heart in a 23-year-old woman.
