Abstrakt: Anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery (ALCAPA syndrome) is a rare congenital coronary abnormality carrying a poor prognosis. We present a clinical case series of ALCAPA-related anterior mitral valve leaflet prolapse and discuss its mechanism as a key to suspicion of ALCAPA syndrome.
