Abstrakt: We present a case of extensive spread of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL)/cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 3 (CIN3) with foci of invasive squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) in a premenopausal woman. Superficial spread of CIN3 and cervical SCC to the endometrium and/or fallopian tubes is rare, especially in countries with cervical cancer screening programs. Our case occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic, which may have been a major contributing factor to delayed detection and, consequently extensive spread.
