Abstrakt: | We report a case series of two patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) who developed erythropoietin-induced pure red cell aplasia following a change in erythropoietin preparation. Both patients responded well to immunosuppressive treatments, but unfortunately developed severe infections as a result of being immunosuppressed.
