Abstrakt: Leishmaniasis can mimic many conditions, including hordeolum, basal cell carcinoma, and squamous cell carcinoma. The presence of kinetoplast in free-form or intramacrophage amastigotes, ensuring us to establish the microscopic diagnosis of leishmaniasis.
