Abstrakt: | Aortic dissection is rare and often presents with atypical symptoms. We describe a case of a patient with acute aortic dissection involving the coronary arteries, complicated by pericardial tamponade, and discuss findings using point-of-care ultrasound, diagnostics, and treatment of this condition.
