Abstrakt: | Morphea, also known as localized scleroderma, is an inflammatory sclerosing disorder of uncertain pathogenesis that affects the skin and underlying tissues. In the pediatric population, the disease often runs a chronic course with a high risk for irreversible sequelae; as such, patients often require long-term monitoring. The objective of this study is to develop a multi-center, consensus-based electronic medical record template for pediatric morphea patient visits using a modified Delphi method of iterative surveys. By facilitating consistent data collection and interpretation across medical centers and patient populations, this template may improve patient care for pediatric patients with morphea.
