Abstrakt: Lambl's excrescence is a rare valvular finding of uncertain pathologic significance. This case describes a previously healthy 42-year-old woman experiencing a sudden onset of word-finding difficulty. MRI of the brain demonstrated acute and chronic infarcts, prompting echocardiography, which revealed Lambl's excrescence of the aortic valve.
