Abstrakt: | Ewing Sarcoma belongs to the category of undifferentiated blue small round cell tumour and its origin has been traced to be that from inside of the bone, but can also arise in soft tissues (extraosseous form). These lesions belong to the category of round cell tumours, which includes a varied range of tumours. This category, although found in other extremities and thoracic regions, head and neck region have been reported to have less number of tumours, in addition to that the soft tissue counterparts are even scarcely reported. Thereby, this case reports represents a soft tissue counterpart of Ewings Sarcoma on the hard palate, which not only extends unilaterally but extends bilaterally.
