Abstrakt: A 34-year-old woman of Asian origin with diffuse lymphadenopathy and hepatosplenomegaly in hemophagocytic syndrome induced by Epstein Barr Virus (EBV) infection. The rapidity of progression of clinical manifestations lead to early orotracheal intubation and death due to multiple organ failure (MOF).
