Abstrakt: Intestinal malrotation is the most common congenital anomaly of the small intestine. However, it is associated with delayed diagnosis due to the lack of specificity of its symptoms, which can lead to devastating consequences such as intestinal volvulus or massive intestinal necrosis. We present a clinical case in which we highlight the importance of abdominal computed tomography and the detection of its characteristic signs for the early identification of this pathology.
