| Abstrakt: | A 15-year-old girl arrived with her father. She reported experiencing discomfort and cramps in her right arm while writing for the past 3 months. Her father had observed a palpable lump medially in her right mid-arm. She mentioned variations in the size of the lump on occasion. She denied experiencing any notable pain in the lump.
