Abstrakt: | Insulinoma is a neuroendocrine tumor of the pancreas, and its identification with bedside ultrasonography (US) is extremely rare. With the aim of providing a comprehensive description of the main US characteristics of this rare form of neuroendocrine neoplasm, we are here describing an interesting case of a young woman with insulinoma, identified by using both bedside and endoscopic ultrasounds.
