Abstrakt:	•Intracranial hemorrhage accounts for two out of every three major intracranial hemorrhages.•Systemic anticoagulation is routinely prescribed for prevention of cerebrovascular accidents.•The FDA approved Andexanet alfa to treat life-threatening bleeding.•Andexanet alfa relationship to outcomes requires further investigation.
