Abstrakt: | Phage display is an important technology to study protein-protein interaction and protein evolution, with applications in basic science and applied biotechnology, such as drug discovery and the development of targeted therapies. However, in order to be successful during a phage display screening, it is paramount to have good phage libraries. Here, we described detailed procedures to generate peptide phage display libraries with high diversity and billions of transformants. (© 2024.
