Abstrakt: Although open surgery is standard of care for ascending aortic pathology, endovascular approaches can be viable options. We report the case of a 77-year-old man with a 5.7-cm ascending aorta penetrating ulcer. Given his age and clinical profile, the patient underwent Zone 0 thoracic endovascular aortic repair.
