Abstrakt: | Abstract: Temozolomide (TMZ) is an alkylating chemotherapeutic drug, often used in high-grade glioma and metastatic melanoma. Common side effects of this include myelosuppression and gastrointestinal side effects. Vitiligo-like reaction is extremely rare after TMZ. Here, we report a case of a 55-year-old patient of glioblastoma who developed vitiligo-like reaction after starting adjuvant TMZ.
