Abstrakt: Differentiating pancreatic duct adenocarcinoma from metastasis can be challenging by morphology alone. Metastasis from a classic papillary thyroid carcinoma can present as a poorly differentiated carcinoma and mimic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma's morphology.
