Abstrakt: This electrophysiology tracing demonstrates a graded postexcitation response of the retrograde limb of an orthodromic reentrant tachycardia circuit with varying His refractory VPB coupling intervals, which reiterates the decrementally conducting retrograde limb of the tachycardia circuit.
