Abstrakt: | Use of artificial intelligence (AI) in social media (SoMe) in health care is increasing. Benefits include personalisation of SoMe content for individual patients and identification of trends to prompt timely generation of relevant content. Data security, ethical considerations, medical accuracy, patient engagement, and regulatory compliance are issues to address for this evolving AI use.
