| Abstrakt: | A case of a ruptured ectopic pregnancy in an undescended fallopian tube is presented. The tube and its ipsilateral ovary were located near the splenic flexure of the colon. The embryology and the differential diagnosis of this potentially fatal condition are discussed. |
