Abstrakt: | There is an expanding number of applications for preclinical positron emission tomography (PET) imaging. Kinetic modeling of PET data provides rich multiparameter information on radiotracer uptake and binding in tissue from a single experiment. In this chapter, we provide a practical step-by-step protocol to assist with collection of PET data for kinetic modeling studies in rats and mice. (© 2024.
