Abstrakt: Cystic dilatations of the intrahepatic and extrahepatic biliary trees are common congenital anomalies that frequently require surgical intervention. We have presented a case of Caroli's disease in which an accurate diagnosis was made noninvasively preoperatively, using computerized tomography, ultrasonography, and cholescintigraphy.
