Abstrakt: | The two major scale-up criteria in continuously stirred bioreactors are 1) constant aerated power input per volume (Pg/Vl), and 2) the volumetric O Competing Interests: DW and JQ disclose their employment at the company NovoArc GmbH which is engaged in lipid research and commercialization of archaeal lipids. All other authors declare no competing interest.
