Abstrakt: Military culture relies on hierarchy and obedience, which contradict the implementation and use of collaborative care models. In this commentary, a team of lived experience, clinical and research experts discuss, for the first time, cultural, communication and policy considerations for implementing collaborative care models in military mental healthcare settings.
