Abstrakt: Primary Care work is based on sharing and meeting various knowledge to achieve comprehensiveness. In this rationale, the Extended Family Health and Primary Care Center (NASF-AB) acts as a strategy for teamwork. We aimed to investigate the NASF-AB work process from the fundamental teamwork concepts and attributes. This evaluative, qualitative study was developed from 2018 to 2020, observing the NASF-AB and family health teamwork process, and focus groups with 43 professionals from both teams. Our analysis considered NASF-AB theoretical, methodological, and operational concepts. The results refer to a work attentive to the particularities of the territory aligned with health responsibility, besides recognizing NASF-AB support in clients' autonomy by establishing a bond.
