Clinical variants of ischemic brain strokes with a tumor-like course were studied in 97 patients. It was shown that different mechanisms of the development of ischemic impairment of the cerebral circulation in patients of different age accounts for a variety of clinical manifestations. The author has elucidated distinguished characteristics in the rate of disease development, severity of the hypertension syndrome and the nature of focal disorders in patients of young, middle, elderly and old age, which should be taken into account in the diagnosis. |
