Abstrakt: How pancreatic cancer cells acquire tumor initiating capacities remains poorly understood. A recent study by Yamazaki et al (2023) uncovers a crucial, targetable role of tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor (ROR1) in PDAC tumor formation and progression.
