Abstrakt: Competing Interests: Potential conflicts of interest . R. L. reports being a member of the executive boards of the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE) and the National Foundation of Infectious Diseases, being an associate editor for AAP Red Book (fee was donated to Minnesota Department of Health), and being on the ID Week Program Committee with some of travel expenses covered for ID Week. All other authors report no potential conflicts. All authors have submitted the ICMJE Form for Disclosure of Potential Conflicts of Interest.
