Abstrakt: | The outcome of paradox splitting of the second heart sound (S2) after cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) has not been well defined. We present a case of right ventricular pacing induced heart failure with prominent paradox splitting of S2 which markedly improved after upgrading to CRT.
