Abstrakt: Worth syndrome is a rare genetic bone disorder that often presents with cortical thickening of the mandible and an increase in mandibular width. The authors report the preoperative considerations in a young female with Worth syndrome, operative planning, and successful mandibular reduction using cutting guides.
