Abstrakt: Hepatic vascular pathology comprises a spectrum of diseases with specific imaging features that have portal hypertension as a common denominator. The imaging features of the main pathologies are described, such as portal thrombosis, Budd-Chiari syndrome, hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia, portosystemic shunts and congenital vascular malformations. Endovascular intervention techniques are listed according to the indication for each hepatic vascular pathology and emphasis is placed on the ability to shape disease progression in order to prevent related morbidity and mortality.
