Abstrakt: The article discusses the issues of changing the quality of life of patients with urinary incontinence and the prevalence of psychoemotional disorders as a concomitant disease. The study involved patients who had not previously consulted specialist doctors on account of urinary incontinence. A total of 281 patients were examined, including 56 (19,93%) patients aged 20-59 years, 156 (55,52%) elderly age, 69 (24,56%) senile age. The comorbidity of urinary incontinence with psychoemotional disorders was confirmed in all groups of patients, but the most pronounced results were obtained in the elderly and senile age.
