Abstrakt: Cancer vaccines have been shown clinically to drive tumor-reactive cell activation, proliferation, and effector function. Unfortunately, tumor eradication by treatment with cancer vaccines has been unsuccessful in many patients. Critical steps are under way to improve vaccine efficacy and combine them with immunotherapy and standard-of-care treatments.
