Abstrakt: Otomastoiditis is a rare and exceptional complication of tuberculosis; its pathogenesis has been debated since its recognition as a distinct condition. The evolution and prognosis in general are modified after the end of antituberculosis treatment. In our observation, we report the case of an infant with tuberculous otomastoiditis complicated by sigmoid sinus thrombosis.
