Abstrakt: Complicated pneumonia can resemble an infection in congenital pulmonary abnormalities such as CPAM or sequestration. Both have an increased risk of a complicated course. Imaging can support treatment decisions and may avoid unnecessary surgical intervention. https://bit.ly/3IMU9aL.
