Patients with bronchial asthma are characterized by the marked hypo-dysaminoacidemic syndrome. Its depth, degree and stability depend on a form, gravity of disease, stage and therapy applied. In bronchial asthma patients' relatives (father or mother, brother or sister, daughter or son) dysaminoacidemia is less pronounced as compared to the patients though the same amino acids undergo change. The concentration of aromatic and sulfur containing acids in the blood is considerably decreased whereas the concentration of histidine is elevated. A comparative study of peculiarities of the blood amino acid composition in patients with bronchial asthma and their blood relatives can be helpful in specifying certain feature of pathogenesis of the main disease and administration of disease-oriented therapy. |
