| Abstrakt: | Connaught freeze-dried BCG vaccine is distributed in amber vials sealed with grey butyl rubber stoppers. This report gives data showing the stability of BCG vaccine in this presentation at 4 degrees C and 37 degrees C, for 1, 10, 20 and 50 dose vials. The results demonstrate that BCG vaccine prepared in vials is a stable product and could be useful in mass-immunization campaigns. |
