Abstrakt: Transient erythroblastopenia of childhood (TEC) is an uncommon, benign normocytic anemia of unknown etiology. It is characterized by absent or reduced erythroid precursors in otherwise normocellular bone marrow, with patients undergoing a complete spontaneous recovery. We present the case of a 12-month-old female suspected of TEC.
