Abstrakt: Various factors can cause pleural effusion in multiple myeloma patients. Myelomatous pleural effusion (MPE) is an uncommon but potentially life-threatening complication of multiple myeloma with a poor prognosis. After ruling out all other probable causes, the present case reports MPE in a patient with IgG kappa multiple myeloma.
