Abstrakt: | A series of phenanthroline functionalized triarylamines (TAA) has been designed and synthesised to evaluate their OFET characteristics. Solution processed OFET devices have exhibited p-channel/ambipolar behaviour with respect to the substituents, in particular methoxyphenyl substitution resulted with highest mobility ( μ Competing Interests: There are no conflicts to declare.
