Abstrakt: Radiofrequency cardiac ablation is increasingly performed for the management of dysrhythmias. Bleeding is a well-known complication of this procedure. We present a rare case of a near-fatal iatrogenic hepatic hemorrhage after cardiac catheter ablation. ( Level of Difficulty: Advanced. ).
