Abstrakt:	We explored the gut microbiome composition in four Moroccan patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) during hospitalization and treatment, using 16S rRNA gene amplicon metataxonomic profiling, and compared it with that in four healthy severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)-free control subjects.
